The latest with the progress on Goldcrest DreamII
Hi,
Has any one heard from the developer of Goldcrest Dream II Star Giga, i have not received any email from them for few months now, does anyone knows if they have obtained membership with ARRA and got ESCREW account, they are keeping quite which make me suspect of there might be something going on behind our back, have they run out with our money like other dodgy developers, i have lost faith in the whole system and will not make this mistake ever again, buying off plan is bad idea as a whole.
I would like to ask if anyone is willing to sue the developer to get our money back and what is the best way with minimum losses to achieve this, i know probabley it is not going to be easy but we need to do something, i don't think the goverment of Ajman will be willing to intervene to resolve this problem.
