the construction progress : 25th out of 29 floors is near to completion. Internal finishing also in progress.

the completion is expected in june 2010

this flat consisting : 2 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms Large living room and dinning room and 1 balcony + car parking
the price 360AED/sqft and total area is 1293 sqft at floor 13th

wa have paid : 399 133.87 AED the balance is 90 741.13 AED + 2000 AED (for the new contract ) to be paid until to 1th january 2012
