lakeviewuae.com is gone?

one of my friend have apartment in lake view tower and he told me he is getting all mails bounced from their regular email address and their website lakeviewuae.com is also seems to gone.
can anyone tell me if they have any new website or address? where we can send message to them?
its matter of worry that a big company closed their website like this and its not a good sign too.

Don worry

I am in contact with Lakeview Real Estate Management regarding their website and emails . and after a discussion they have shown me the papers which are showin that there website and email control been hacked by a hosting company named -- american system USA LLC. this company formerly operated in dubai and now closed there business from last 3 months. They made complaint to domain provider company which is www.wildwestdomains.com. they are doing there maximum to sort out this as soon as possible. rest we hope for the best.

But at the end i would like to appreciate their efforts which they are doing in this hard time and facing people rgularly whereas lots of other developer left the market and there are nobody replying on their behalf in the office.

can you enquire more

you seems to have good contact with them as they have shown papers also to you about their website.
can you ask them why they have stopped construction and when will they resume it?

Very very big problem with lake view Real estate

I call today the Al Mehwel engeneer about the stop of the construction in the lake view 1 the answer is Lake view Real estate don't pay the money for them.
Dear all who invert in lake view we have to take action very urgently.
If the developper don't have money to pay teh contructor from the begining what happen after that.

hi indiantiger you seems to have a good relation with them , can you check about their position and as they shown you documents about website can they inform you about their position and reason why work is stopped?

Lake View Real Estate surely is going through some tough times, just like the other developers. I wouldnt be surprised if they stopped their construction on Lake View Tower 1, in which they should be constructing tower 3 by now.

Yes, i recon they are short and at confusion, but then again time will tell if our investment went into a waste.

However, on a positive note:

They seem to be doing slightly better than many other developers in Emirates city especially towers higher than A,B,C,D 13.

I suggest hold your payments so they speed up their construction.

yes

yes, they are surely having rought time, i called them twice yesterday they put me on hold for several minutes to see if any competent person is there to answer my questions about construction updates and asked me to leave my no. so they can call back ( standard technic , they wont come back ever )

let us hope that several other favourable conditions ( lower prices of raw material, labour ) will help us to get over this bad patch of time
