I really have doubt about it...
The situation with Lake View becomes very hard but i am afraid that all informations about them is wrong, ok they are very slow, ok there is no law for us, but i still believe in UAE for protecting investors from bad people. But it's possible i am dreaming, and it's possible that you are right. The worst thing is we have no informations, this is the worst thing.
i don't and we don't know what to do...
Court, police, etc.... it's difficult, the procedure can take severals years...for a big cost !!! i always say : be patient.

You didn't tell us this detail, but it's the most important !! So you went to the police station ?? Could you please Heshmi give me the name of the police station and the name of the policeman who received your complain ...

I came to know that my name is unnecessarily dragged into the laketower issue, since i am not aware of these names of Aman and Sohail Qureshis, and have no relations with them. I acquired a company called American systems which was the largest web -online company in the UAE owned by Mr.Mazhar Ali chawla and these www.lakeviewtoweruae.com web site was developed by American systmes. But when i took over we didnt take the control of the this web site which belongs to lakeview tower. I hereby state that, I am a true professional running Alwafaa Group since last 7 years and having more than 2500 customers online with high reputation in the market and we r the no.1 hosting company in the UAE, me or my company neither have any contacts with lakeview towers, they r not our customers nor i dont know these qureshis. So i request this web site owners to remove my name or else i will be going for legal against for defaming me and my company in this issue.

Ok for your message. I agree, but we have a problem, maybe 90% of the investors are outside UAE. So what can we do. We need a "chef" who represente us for having informations !!!!!! Seriously

i have information 100% real.
I just call LVT office. They answer me immediately, a very pleasant woman.
I am not joking, she said me that all the rumors about lake view are wrong. i explain her that many people believe Mr Sohail are about to leave the UAE, etc...
She told me that Mr Sohail was in the office this morning, and she wanted me to give my number. He will call me backbecause he wants to know what are the informations we have and from who. I said i don't believe her, he will never call back, but she insists. We will see.
She also told me that with ARRA, they are in process. Acoording to her, in 2 or 3 weeks, construction will restart. I told her i have doubt, she answer me that she understand my feelings but they want to send email to all investors as soon they are completly ready. And this is not for the moment. Also, she explain to me that with this kind of investments, they are not the responsable for everything. So they are waiting with ARRA, but the last word was : "i understand but no need to be worried".
I just tell you the facts, you judge.

IF ALL our developers are so honest they should not have a problem to giv us the exact completion date or else refund full money with interest.

Thanks Ajman Biz, none of the people including Heshmi didnt understand the situation of getting defamed for totally unknown stuff. As I already told you, me or my sponsor has no links or no communication or even we never met them or even dealt with them till this moment. I am hearing the names of Aman and Sohail Qureshis for the first time, this argument of Hashmi is totally false, saying me or my company relationship with those peple who cheat the investors, i promise you i will be in the front row to fight against this kind of cheating business. Any one can prove or bring any kind of Evidence showing that me or my company has any relation with those qureshis or lakeview towers, i am ready to do face any punishment what they say... so now this is the duty of the one to bring out the reality or source where these kind of allegations came from about me or my company, and i strongly doubt that, this is from any of my competitors who are really cannot tolerate our growth in the industry as web developers... anyways i am leaving this to almighty ALLAH who sees everything which the human cannot see.....and remember any one who tried to defame me or my company, that you can get money, power, land or anything, but if you hurt some one for nothing ALLAH will not leave you or give pardon to you unless you dont get pardon from the person whom u disturbed or hurted... so MAY ALLAH BLESS US ALL.. and save us from all the bad doings.
I am surprised to see that none has responded to these allegations agaist innocent people....

CLARIFICATIONS FROM LAKE VIEW REAL ESTATE

Dear All,

As you have received one fake email in your email accounts regarding our company the Lake View Real Estate. Like you all, we are also shocked by this email which is fully unrealistic and there is nothing truth in that. Our company is fully functional and our office opens on its schedule time i.e. 8.30 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Thursday.

We would like to clear all the facts and figures mentioned in this fraud email. First of all for your kind information we already approached police officials for filing a case against this email as we supposed to file that case on Thursday itself, our attorney informed by the police that these types of cases are coming under the cyber crime. So that, we have to approach cyber crime cell on Sunday.

This type of fraudulent mail and information is just a conspiracy against our company to defame and making unwanted pressure in this crucial time of economic crisis.
We do not know any individual by the name of Mazher Ali Chawla and Muneer(Al Wafaa Group) and we are not doing any business with these names.

On the construction point of view we would like to inform you that our works is resuming on Lake View Tower’s within 15 days as we have been already finalized and signed a contracting company for the further construction. By next week we are submitting the necessary documents into the Ajman Municipality for building permits and starting the mobilization by the contracting company on the sites.
The construction of the towers are delayed but not cancelled or vice versa. We still do have a financial capacity to continue our construction to fulfill the dream of our clients as we are not a new company but we are exists in this market proudly from last 7 years.

As you all are curious about the registration of our company with ARRA, we would like to inform you that we have been submitted our required documentation including our accounts of amount received from the client’s against payments (with all and full details supported with our companies bank statements, certified audited reports, bills and invoices to ARRA). Yes, there were some documents required by ARRA regarding our towers which was not ready by that time but we submitted our undertakings that we will fulfill all of these requirements in a very short time. We did our best to get registered with ARRA and could not get it yet, it does not mean that all delay causes from our side but there can be other reasons behind it. And if we were not serious in this matter we could not submit our document on 12th Feb. 2009 as the organization (ARRA) is new and rules and regulation are very new to us. But still we are very keen and prominent to get registered with ARRA to be a certified developer in Ajman. We have submitted altogether 11 box files and more than 800 pages all related to the registration requirements of ARRA more than three times during this past months. So we believe that after the submission we will get the full cooperation and support from ARRA to get us registered soon.

On the other hand we are ready as well to pay the fee for our company registration and for our projects registration individually in the coming working days in ARRA (As per ARRA’s requirement).

We would like to inform our precious clients that the time of getting out from the market and from the country has been passed. None of the genuine developers can runaway in this time.
You all know that the recession in world started in July 2008 and its effects realized in Oct 2008.company that has spend and survived all of these 10 months with its expenditure and commitments can not leave its entire client like this and can’t run away. Where we know that money which invested with us it’s might be there savings of life time. We know our clients have seen a dream to get there own Sweet Home in this country.

We are working day and night for making your dreams come true.

As a company we do understand that you all invested your hard earned money with us and we are working from our deepest efforts to fulfill our commitments and giving you its fruitful results.

By any reason if ARRA has been delayed our registration process in their organization it does not means that we did not applied for it but the company who has applied and do not get its registration can work on the site.

Our projects are delayed but not got cancelled. Yes, it is true that we were working on the restructuring and rescheduling of the work in this time. I.e. how to resume and when to resume. Nevertheless you all can see our physical movements on our sites very soon and we do expect your kind support and blessings on that as usual

Again we would like to inform you that if anyone wants to visit our office are most welcome and we will definitely publish our police report registered against this email on the net and will send by e mails to our clients. Our police complain would be a proof of our transparency towards our investors and client’s. We will follow this case until it gets solved and the responsible person will get revealed in front of the world. Every individual whose name got involved in this email can file its individual case.

It is interesting to read this email. It is a shame that Lake View has managed to get into this situation. Not only has it been bad for them but it has also caused; and continues to cause a huge amount of anxiety and heart ache to the hundreds of people who have bought flats with this developer.

If the developer was open and transparent from the start and not kept telling customers since August 2008 that construction would commence in the proceeding month then this mess would never have happened and such an email would not have had the effect it did.

Due to the lack of transparency and less than expected level of customer service people have been worried about their hard earn savings that have now been with Lake View for some time. I believe that the email that was circulated did not create any new concerns but resulted in people voicing the fears they have had with this developer for a while now.

Lake View should learn from this and be more customer focused. They should be honest with their customers, not delay construction any further (as construction was promised in August 2008!), engage with ARRA further to get their escrow accounts opened as soon as possible, be more approachable when on the phone and not just hand out mobile phone numbers to numerous people who are unable to provide information when you call them, not shift people from department to department and act in a more professional manner.

I do not think that this is asking for too much. The response from Lake View is the first time they have disclosed their dealings so far with ARRA and the first time they have mentioned signing a contract with a construction company. Lets hope they have turned over a new leaf!
