This morning i went to ajman checking the construction progress of paradise lakes B9. Took the side lift which was quiet scary and went to visit the first where the appartments walls were already standing. I compare the dimensions of the rooms with the one they gave us. Everything seems to be at the right dimension. So they did not cheat us. The construction seems to be progressing slowly however it is going on. I dont know where they are going to get the infrastructure, but Ajman municipality will have to do something. They can t give the permission to build to a developper without providing infrastructure and ARRA are at the moment putting pressure on them. (went to ARRA and that s what they told me, however, they have much bigger problems to deal with. The infrastructure will come whenever the time of completion will come. Need to be patient.
Later on this afternoon, i went to sweethome and asked them a few questions. First is the rescheduling of the payment. They told me it will be done, but not now. Only from december. So this is a good news if they can reschedule our payments. At least for 1 year. From my perspective, sweethomes looks much more confident than before which brought a nice smile to my face. But it s only sweethomes doing good in emirates city. The other developpers are not doing that good apparently. I hope i wont be in my appartment in paradise lake overlooking some unfinished towers!!!! :-))). The manager told me to stop asking question and to be patient> he added i ll be surprised!! Ahahahaha! I laughed telling him i ve been surprised for last 2 years with whats happening in the uae. I cant be surprised anymore. :-)).
