With reference to your above apartment, I have recently negotiated an option to safely transfer your existing 2 B/R Apartment for another 2 B/R apartment in The Ajman Pearl :

* In the City of Ajman
* Ajman Government Project
* Creek Side
* ARRA registered
* Escrow Account
* On going project
* Construction up to 15th Floor
* Delivery End of 2011 / First Quarter 2012
How this will work :
* The 2 Bedroom Apartments in Ajman Pearl is 1,280 sq ft
* The rate per sq ft will be the same as your current contract
* Calculation of cost will be Current price x 1,280 per sq ft
* The Floor Charge will be the same as your current contract
* Floor Charges will be adjusted for higher / lower floors & debited or credited accordingly
* The Car park cost will be the same as your current contract
* ALL the payments you have made to date will be transferred
* All your payments must be up to date with an easy revised payment plan
* A new ( Government ) contract will be issued
* Transaction through my Office direct with The Government Office – Safe & Secure
The advantages of relocating to an on-going City Government Project are obvious.
I wish to highlight that your current project has not been cancelled & The developer has not updated me of the completion date. Note : this is purely an option for a better & quicker solution.
Only if this is of interest to you, do let me know as soon as possible in order to secure an Ajman Pearl Apartment & I may prepare the calculations for you & proceed with the transfer.

I advise you to not to swap with a property which is under construction.Because you never know whether it would be completed or no.And please go and see with your eyes what is the bulilding status. Beware they are many agents and brokers who are using swaping method to squeeze more money .BEWARE BEWARE

Go there personally and demand in writing to guarantee you refund in case of future dissatisfaction.
If they dont then you know it is very dodgy.Another ali baba on the prowl.BEWARE.They are full of promises until they get you hooked and committed.Then it is too late.

Unfortunately the developer is REIE (Ajman Real Estate Investment Est) . Look at marmooka city and rose tower, same developer just like rholdings.....
Just one more trick to get more money from the investors
The prices have fallen rock bottom, you can easly get a ready apartment at AED250 sq.ft. To swap with the original contract rate of per sq. ft plus clear all due payments means more payment for the developer...
At the end of the day, it is a ajman govt. contract who I assume can be classified as one of the biggest cheating scams in real estate through R Holdings, Ajman Boulevard (AA Property), etc. All this projects are owned by Ajman Govt but look at the looting going on...
I would trust then and pay a single dollar until I get an international guranantee for refund of my money in case of failure by the developer to handover on time as per contract..

hi every one.....this swap could be not From frying pan to fire but it could be from fire to frying pan... ...you can see the current status @ http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=519596&page=19 and few more floors were added.
you can see all the postings by me there mostly photos taken various stages..yes it could take 2more y to complete...but roads around are good..i am also in worry about by investment...but i am confident this project will be good one...good location...no infrastructure problem..the only problem could be electricity...this could be a good oppertunity for emirates city investors??????

i bought for 425dhs/sq feet, at one point of time i was happy that i booked this flat as price has gone upto 550dhs/sq feet and the rents in Sharjah also gone up, acutal handover date is aug 2010. i thought i can shift to my flat....now every thing is reverse...good luck

They are like vultures trying to grab any dissatisfied investors.To me they are all the same.Swap or no swap they are like sharks waiting for the KILL.keep away from these swappers.In UK they swap wife too !!!!!!!! which is better.
