dear all investores I thing you all looking for the best way of getting your hard earned money from the waste field that is called emirates city. we though this was a golden opportunity and a life changing moment when we all put our hard earned dollars/pounds/dirhams, riyaals etc. unfortunately there is no a single way right now even no legal way to get back something lost. ARRA, AJMAN GOV, LEGAL intitutions, COURTS and DEVELOPERS are all working together behind scense to get most out of investors and they are all protecting each other. A legal action would be good if you have a working system and I doubt very much that ther is on there. I would suggest try to form a larg group reperesenting all projects and the group must travel to UAE to carry out a planned legal protest in which we demand to speak to ajman governement and ARRA officials. in this way we could attract attentions and hopefully something may come out of this.
so far we have taken no action and this enables develepoers and their LAW making friends in AJMAN stay off any bad publicities. taking such action is now urgently required by investors.

Hello to all investors, I bought a flat in tower B5 in the paradise lake in 2007, I paid 58 present from the price, on the condition of receiving the flat in 2009, so far I did not get the flat and I stop paying money, sweet home keeps given wrong dates for completion, could anyone tell me what to do, as I am fed up with this story, and if there are any action, inventories would like to take, I will be happy to join them.

These people are professional crooks and have no shame what so ever.Over two years past the completion of the worlds largest single phase construction,They just put a new billboard saying it will grow bigger.... Yes it will ...in twenty years maybe. More lies ....

We need to find a lawyer that will take small amount upfront as a retainer with a promise of bigger pay after winning the case. I have tried at least 20 law firms with no luck so far. Can not afford 1500 dhs. per hour right now.It is a crime that Arra did not set up a dispute committee as promised.

Hello to all investors. If ARRA is not taking any action , why can't we approach our concerned Embassies/Consulates in UAE to act on our behalf ? Let the grievances of the investors should be brought to the notice of the concerned Foreign Minister as they are the sole guardian to protect our investment and to take follow up action with ARRA. This is only a suggestion.
Hope this suggestion is acceptable to all investors.

your proposel its really great in simple way .i have unit with my wife in emirat city ( lake view real estate )-we have diffrent nationality ( switzerland and finnland ).we went to both ambassy in Dubai .they told as its privat things .you invest alone and even if we have some possiblity to do something we cant do nothing beacuse Dubai govermnet have diffrent low as in europ .they told us if in europ will be much much easy.that mean they cant take the case to UAE foreign minster .they advice us to take some lawer .

Thank u sukri. I agree with u. The law of Dubai Govt. is entirely different. If any other source to get back our hard earned money Pl. enlighten. Trying to open all the doors, but it seems of no use. Only pray to God. HE will show us the way.

It's about time to take combined action. Pls all u guys who live in UAE try to meet a lawyer n assess any possibilities. As far as those residing outside UAE, will definitely come & discuss the case n cost. But firstly, initial step must be taken by u guys living local. V all know very well now that they won't budge unless v get together.
