Installment of January

Dear sir ;
I have personally stopped payment of Jan and informed Sweethomes and we should pay these installment after completion.After around 45days non payment i still have not received any letter or notice from them to enforce me to go ahead with payment.
My unit is located in B7.
Any suggestion or new news?

B7 is developing faster than the others in Emirates City

B7 is developing faster than the others in Emirates City, why are you complaining about this? I see this project delayed until end of this year - 1 year is a normal delay for ALL projects in Dubai and Ajman!

We should not be ashamed to be truthful

The instalment that needed to be paid after completion should be paid after the completion of the tower. Why should we be ashamed to accept the truth and the fact. Today we are afraid to even ask for what is due to us. It is only possible to get justice, only when we stand united. Lets join and speak to the developers together.
