If you need you money there is only one possible Solution.
No will listen to anyone .
The developers have all the support. I think someone of them have reinvested the money someone where else to get profit to start their work.
The only solution. Get together be it any property in Ajman . Raise a case through your consulate.
If it one person the consulate will say no. If it is 50 the consulate will never say no.
Enough is Enough.

Yes, I agree. Everybody, all Ajman investers should stop payment no matter what. Even with escrow accounts. Demand rules and regulations that insure our investments. It isn't a matter of registration with ARRA. It isn't a matter of getting scrow account. Some projects got escrow account and received more than 50% of the total price of the units and haven't built one single floor and aren't building because they don't have money!!!
Threfore, we all Ajman investors should make our opinion clear to the government and developers that we are NOT paying one cent unliss we have legislations that guarentee our investment.
I have more than 10 units in Emirates City, all with escrow accounts and I am NOT paying unless I make sure I am not throwing more money to the gang.

Developers have spent our money on buying land from ajman government. Now to build they need more of our money.
Shame for Ajman!!! Let Allah punish the developers and government people responsible for this cheating and then ignoring of investors

My developer has not paid the money to the land and if yours has, then you
are in a bettter position than me. The number i used to ring is now cancelled
and i cant get an answer. It seems to me that projects starting now with Escrow
accounts will be better off than ones who started and didnt have an escrow
account. How many towers have stopped as the investors are no longer
paying?

I have sat on the fence too long and want to try and do something positive.
Can anyone help me with information on a company that has their land paid up
and has an esrow account. Surely ARRA have checked out the companies that
they have registered and will know if that company has enough investors
to build the tower for investors
STOP PAYMENT
I absolutely agree with all of you. ESCROW account does not make our investment safe as it does not guarantee return of the money if the developer fails to devlier on the handover date as per contract. Unless there is an internation guarantee provided which guarantees return of the money or handover of the apartment as per contract, the investors should not even pay a single cent even through escrow account.
Stolen Money
Aryene stole my money, contractor Rashid Bin Bishr Contracting has not responded. The ARRA will not respond. I need help to fight this.
International Fraud Agency will act
Dear asdenterprise, all of us in the same boat, so far we have invested a fortune in ajman which seems to be now going down the drain. Only the time will tell the outcome as most of the investors are foreigners and have now acted by contacting the international agencies to take action aganist ajman government for not protecting the investors.
Just contact one of the internation farud agencies and/or your countrys government to take this up with the Aman government.
(I am sorry, I can not share any more details on this site as there are lot of developers who are trying to find out the investors course of action to find workarounds)
