B23 - Are you an employee at Brouks Realestate (the Developer)?

Mr. B23 can you submit a proof that construciton in progress??? ..You looks like an employee working for the behalf of the developer.

I confirm:
Project B 23 is totally stopped by isntructions of Developer to the contractor. ( there is no building permit up to now)

Project B 22 foundation constructions has just started , still needs at least 4 months to complete
(building permit recently issued-1month before)

Thank you for your reply, i am just an owner of one Appt in tower II " B23 ", be confortable i am not working with them. but you have to know that i am sure that i have visited the location 3 times and i have getten some pictures of construction , and as per the information from the developer they will complete B22 by the end of this year and by the end of next year B23 will be completed also.

You can visit the website and find the construction update photos.

Please inform me if you have information from some sources that they will stop the construction because till now every thing is normal and the construction is going on very fast.

construction on b22 will not be complete for at least 3 years! They are only coming out of the ground! grant it that they have started the construction on this site but b23 will be at least 4 years!! they have only pilied that site and done nothing else!!!

my Friend , I have also visited the site B22- and B 23 several times may be five , last one was before one weak only.

All the pictures on the web site of the developer are for B22 and not B23. I confirm.

Even for B22 they are so late , since they have just started the foudation which will take several months to complete and to reach the ground level ...

The big problem is B23 which is totally stopped and if you visit this project you will see the differecne in progress between it and B22 . and I confim even if you visit B23 several times from now and upto end of June 2009 you will see the same picture.............. There is no intention to build this project upto now,,, and you can call the Contractor and the Consultant ( Almahwal contracting and Safareeni consulting and they will tell you the same ,,, this project is stopped by instructons of the developer Brouks Realestate.....

Brouks has submitted all documents to ARRA

I called Arra and the confirmed that brouks submitted today all the necssary documents and the will receive the confirmation of registeration with ARRA with in the very few days.

GROUPING INVESTORS TO B-22 IS TRUE!

Hi,
I too have invested in this project. My intial investment was in B-23, but afew months earlier I got a call from Brookes Real Estate to visit their office. In our meeting they informed me that they are stopping the construction of B-23 completely, and shifting all investors who are paying to B-22. They even offered me a higher floor at no extra cost as a compensation.
Beware, they are issuing revised contracts in this act which writes off many of our rights. Need to study the contract and compare it with the old one. I have not done that personally as yet.. If anyone has, kindly advise and update..
The are very slow and will not complete maybe in 3 years even..
Really have to make a group and visit them in person, ask them for guarantees and written construction plan..
There should be penalties for developers from ARRA who do not comply.. I dont know why investor's a** is only at stake Sad

I am getting tired of this now. I could have "dumped" this money elsewhere where by now i would have at least seen some returns. They have no right to take our money and just tell us they have this issue and that.. Gents and Ladies, it is time to make a massive noise about brookes and their failed shami twin towers project.

work Started at b22

I called brouks and they told me the construction has started 2 weeks ago of b22. the target completion is around 2011 end. i w ill have someone go to the site and verify it over the next few weeks. I see some new pics on the updates in bredubai.com site also. hopefully they complete on time and within the grace period.
