I RECEIVED ALL REMAINING CHEQUES

Hello Fellow Investors,

Here I would like to share my experience with Sweet Homes.
My first move after I landed Dubai is to visit the Emirates City, on which I had invested my hard earned money. I owned some flats on the Paradise tower. On reaching the construction at site, I was impressed on the development of construction progress as compared to 6 months ago. At first instance, I have thought that construction would not happen much, due to globalize recession period and many developers either disappeared or not registered with Ajman Real estate Regulatory Authority (ARRA). I thank you Sweet Homes despite this tough period they are able to cope up and continue with construction.

I then visited their office in Dubai, met the management and had a discussion on the payment plan and also my remaining cheques. Since I have paid accordingly as scheduled, after a month request, they gave me back all my cheques without hesitation.

I therefore request you all investors, if you have anything to say, or discuss, better visit their office and meet the management like I do. Surely they will solve your problems and headache you have.

Sweet Homes

Thanks venture for keeping us updated. As mentioned in the earlier post, there are many questions.
Are Sweet Homes going to compensate the investors - price adjustment - reduce the price to current market (currently you can get a ready unit at less then AED 250 per sq. ft) and off course losses due to delay in completion, no residence visa, etc. If yes, what percentage reduction in price did they offer you.
