Can anyone please reply to me with Al-Rashed office's location address in Ajman (in details: street name, block number etc.). I was dealing directly with the broker and I never visited Al-Rashed office before.

I'll really appreciate it if you can provide me with this address ASAP.

CAn you share any of your lawyer's advise? We have PDC and they are still collecting money and refuse to link payment to progress ,or acknolwdge any default.. I am referring to Sweethome..

I'm having the same

I'm having the same situation except that my developer did not register with ARRA and I got a letter from them indicating so; otherwise, no default will be considered on the developer side unless the delivery date is due and the unit is not handed over to you. That's why they are trying to collect as much money as they can before you can stop them. ARRA are not interferring in PDC cases and they will ask you to go to court.
