Hope for the best know we have whole this month is deadline hope our Developer is able to register in AARA ad Escrow Account be patient this month picture will be clear more the what we thought or hoping i hope all our hard earning money i will get back some activity is going on AARA by our developer side lets hope for the best be cool what to do me to in a pressure also....

What do you mean "some activity is going on by our developer side"? Could you please tell us more details regarding these activities? We could not get any information from either Lakeview or ARRA.

1st Dec 2009 - Progress update - Lake Tower 2 (B 17)

I did visit the site on 1st Dec. 09 and has seen the work in progress. When I visited the site on 1st July, there was no work on the site. This time I felt relieved since I saw lot of activity happening at the site. They have changed the contractor from Mahwal Contracting to AL Barook Contracting. There were people at the site and site engineers and contractor. I spoke to them and they were very positive on the progress.

They said the parking floor 1 will be completed in another 15 days. The site office was very active. Lets hope for the best.
