I have a 1 bedroom apartment in this development, the developer's website is lakeviewuae.com
Anyone else bought here? Lake View Real Estate have also released 2 identical towers (Lake View 2 and 3) recently.

Lake View Tower

hello, I bought in tower 1, parking included at around 275000aed. I think the developer has 4 projects now (lake view towers 1-3 and dubai star in jumeirah lake towers) but the latter should now be finished and it's not even been started yet. I hope this is not a scam!

Bought 1 myself

Good developer. However, slow pace as far as construction goes.. Too many commitment at a time, has delayed their construction. Good for them, bad for us !!....

They need to hurry up, and get back on track... They made money, and its time they get in to action.

latest progress on Lake view 1

I went on site/ they have finished with the piling.
The latest I heard from the engineer is that the Building contract is awarded to
Al hamad contsruction. and the Mechanical electrical is awarded to Al wahan.
This deal is supposed to be finalised by 15th March.
We have to hope that it alll goes well..

Thanks to Nelson for the information, I think Al-Hamed is well known contractor. I hope the construction of the building start soon.

i bought a flat in Ajman with LAKE VEIW Real Estate around 2 years ago, i got a contract and paper work, i cant find out is the project name is lake view or lake view1 or late vie2...., i tried to call them but was really defecult because of the line and

You will find brochures and more infomration on towers 1 to 5.
