Its the time & its the only way to be able to put the developers under pressure & to administer justice.
We have to grant representation to our learned friends Imre,Dwarish & zp296 to negotiate with Rholdings (about infrastracture) & each devoloper(to get discount & gurantee about construction progress & ...).
Our payments & every act from us will be with our representations order only.
At that time we will be able to control every action of developers & the predestination of our investments.
I repeat again its the only way & its going to be late.
Stop payments & grant representation.Then every body will believe our force.
Any comments will be appreciated.

Performance only can help in marketing
The developers should stop being obsessed with image, publicity and stubbornness, and focus on results, milestones and achievements. If there has arisen a big problem in achieving the promises given to the investors at the time of their purchases, then hiding the problem would not help anyone, not even the developers. The investor should not have a contract which the developers do not want to comply with, thinking they can get away with it. The famous old saying has today come true: "A contract agreement can only be as good as the party who signs it".

Thanks a lot for your readiness & mobilization.
I have some ideas as follows for starting the issue,I am sure you & Dwarish & all of our friends in forum will perfect & improve it.
1- registration & establishment of a legal formation agreeable & appropriate with UAE law in such a manner that associations & societies & courts of that country officially recognize that , with the intention of being able to sue developers & bringing an action against anybody needed.
2-Organizing all investors for the purpose of uniform action in every respect such as paying installments,complaining,or having any requests or demands connecting with their investment & their common affairs.
3-Uniting all investors of EC for acting uniform & collectively inorder to strengthen our abilities.
Then,I belive that every thing will change very quickly in our advantage.
There is a proverb in Persian:
If the ants get united,they can tear even a lion.
