good news progress construction update of Majestic Towers
we have received the following construction progress updating from the developer of Majestic Towers
Dear All,
It is very pleasure to forward the latest construction progress photographs of ''Majestic Towers'' Ajman, to our valued customers.
Some of the major work progress are as follows.
( 1 ) Top floor construction is progressing ( Health club, swimming pool etc. )
( 2 ) Under ground water tank is under testing.
( 3 ) Tile work completed up to 7th floor.
( 4 ) Brick wall partition and plastering works have completed up to 16th floor.

Just to let you know that Ajman and Dubai have seen recent judgements in favour of the Buyer. People are getting their money back plus court costs and even compensation on top.
I have spoken to the Lawyer involved. He said we have a good case as there appears to be several breaches on the part of the developer. However we need 13 more claimants for a no win no fee option. If you are interested contact me on regulator@fsmail.net.
