Just to let you know that Ajman and Dubai have seen recent judgements in favour of the Buyer. People are getting their money back plus court costs and even compensation on top.
I have spoken to the Lawyer involved. He said we have a good case as there appears to be several breaches on the part of the developer. However we need 13 more claimants for a no win no fee option. If you are interested contact me on regulator@fsmail.net.

the judgment decree means nothing without actual enforcement ,
Enforcement is there for you to see!!!
That is true but it is evidently clear that some investors have received their money back including costs and compensation. I have spoken to those people involved in the process including the legal team.

i bought one apartement in gold crest dreams 2 , may u tell me more about how we get our money back , i asked giga star but they only tell they ll start it and not tell about money . i dont know what we must do to take our money , i dont want give more money even if they start build it , its so late and i wanted this apartment to take residence permit i dont want it now only i want my money cos uae dont give residence permit more . thanks alot

I have spoken to the lawyers. They seem straight enough and claim that thet recently one a judgement for a group of UK investors!
There are three of us willing to meet and discuss this issue with the lawyers but if we can get a group of ten it would be better. This will not be no win no fee! There will be costs up front so if your not willing to do this dont join our group. I have booked 1 B/R apartment in GCD (tower B). I am willing to join the group and can travel over to UAE (I am not a resident of UAE) with the condition of 'no win no fee' as I do not want to invest any more of my hard earned money or if there is a guarantee return of investment, then I can pay the lawyer in advance.
