Hi all,
We have send an e-mail today to Giga regarding some updating status. They have answered i think after half an hour saying that they are in process to register with ARRA and in max 1 month they will announce their customers the new payment plan as per the delay.
But still my question unanswered is why they do not restart the construction again for C6-C9 , a new reason Registration with ARRA? . FRom august when they stop working at the c6- c9 gold crest wasn't any news regarding Arra the new law in Ajman.
Any other news you have?

New Payment Plan GCD 1?
I would like to comment that a new payment plan is being proposed by the builders of this project only when as per their old plan only one more payment was left before the handing over, this changes the whole ball game as we were promised the hand over after the payment of a particular amount. If it continues like this that after every delay we get a new payment plan we might end up paying the full amount without getting possession as the project is not even half complete after more than two and a half years and it might take another two or more years to get completed if it ever does gets completed that is.

Would anybody advise about
- the current construction status of Goldcrest dreams 1 Ajman
- expected completion date
- should one continue paying the installment under such situation.
- what is the working email address of the concerned giga/eta office from where one can get the update.
- what is the forecast about the property value in Ajman

Remember that just because they offer a new payment plan doesn't mean you have to accept it. You can/should be able to stick to the old plan and not make the "handover" payment until such a time occurs. I don't believe they can force you into a new contract, or change the terms of the old without your consent.
If the new payment plan is better than the original agreement, which was mutually agreed upon with full knowledge of the risks associated with investing off-plan in a developing country, then it at least shows the vendor is trying to work with the investor for the benefit of all.

They are not trust worthy any more I have been given many conficting informations by their office and site and I feel they are cheating us.

What is your payment plan?
I have only 1 payment left on April 2009 , next one is on handover and after.
So why I need a new payment plan?
Anyway , they have still time , just imagine if this project ready end 2009 and we can not use for 2 years because of the infrastructure.

My point was why should we accept a new plan because we have already paid all but one installment before the promised handover therefore we are only liable to pay one more installment. They are bound by contract to hand over the apartments after the april installment, if they change the contract then what is the value of a contract anyway, if they can do it by themselves without the consent of the buyers.
NEW PAYMENT PLAN
I do not think we should accept a new plan until we get the confirmation from the Ajman govt. about confirmation of their plans.
This amounts to cheating and Star Giga shoul dnow be sued by the invester community
Is there ayone we can hire in Ajman to make a lawsuit on behalf of us?
