GOLDCREST Business Vistas

I have been making payments for the above property since 12 months but I do not think any construction has commenced at the site.

Is this correct? If so, can other purchasers like me, get together and make a concerted plan to either suspend payments or reschedule them. Please reply ASAP - it is in the financial interest of all purchasers to get together.

I am glad some body raised this. They do not seem to have a fixed time for starting this project. All need to follow up on this project.

dear sir i was also intrested in buying an unit in this project but when i contacted developers last year they told me its completely sold out and now its strange if its completely sold out and they got money why such delay? ( may i ask how much you paid for this ?)

There is no doubt about the developer but we need trasparency and clarification about the delay or progress of the project. As far as I know it was launched at 500 and people bought from 550 onwards in resale.

Price

Selling price was 500 dhs/sq. feet for lower floors. Top few floors sold for 550dhs/sq. feet +

GCD2- update

Spoke to their office on Monday and was told the construction will actively restart in 2 weeks time. It has reached 1st floor only (of parking) and was stalled due to high steel n cement prices, ramadan, labour shortage etc etc.

WE still live in hope.

Steel prices.

I thought steel prices had gone down globally? Though labour might be an issue, which the developer/contractor has to sort out...
