I request a full refund for unit #xxxx of the Goldcrest Business Vista and a full interest payment to recompense for your illegal usage of my assets.
After over two years of zero activity on the ground, lack of communication, no registration and no escrow account even if construction on the Goldcrest Business Vista begins, I am no longer interested in financing this non-existent project.

I hear your pain but sounds like you might be better off with legal proceedings than an email. You may want to consider asking for other alternatives, if there is one. (e.g. Can you get a transfer to another complete project or one under construction?).
I have received no response for my emails to STAR GIGA.
No matter what the market conditions are, for a company like STAR GIGA to not communicate with its customers in a timely manner and provide some alternatives will only tarnish their reputation, if anything is left by now.
For projects where customers may be waiting for too long to see any light on the other side of the tunnel specially where the tunnel appears to be 10,000 miles long. STAR GIGA must be proactive and do the right thing for its customers.
