hi everyone,
i am living in ireland and bought an appartment in ajman,why?i was crazy.Now stuck,can you tell me is there any progress going on there at GCD Ajman.They are asking for furthur payments,Did anyone visited the place or sent furthur payment or not.what is the reality?

Read all the other threads and I am afraid you will see ec is a complete mess at a virtual standstill

EC is like a grave yard of incomplete structures, torn down by huminity & heat and not even suitable for camels to live in.
If I were you, would not pay Star GIGA unless they give a updated status of the completion & handover date as reduction of price due to market price adjustment at AED250 per sq.ft

Just arrived back from UAE. EC is dead. Star Giga are very limited with their resources on site. We only saw handful of men on site. Other projects are way ahead in comparison. Star Giga offered no customer services at all and have not responded to any communications. Construction over the last two years has devloped two floors whereas Paradise lakes is gone through some 14 floors. Demand full refund. Do not make any further payments as their last email communication said "anticipated completion date". They will not provide a hand over date? Check with Star Giga if the agent who sold the apartment to you is their registered broker and they'll deny it.
I've come across this blog recently and if if some one can inform me how to upload photos I can do so in the next few days, to show you the lack of progress.
