Gold Crest Dreams 2 still not registered with ARRA
I visted Ajman RERA office last week to find out the truth . And as expected came to know that ETA STAR has still not got registered any of its project in Ajman with RERA .Also, I donot think they either plan to start the project .Also , I came to know they have cancelled some of the projects in Ajman .
God bless all the buyers like me who are stuck up in this mess.

Not to defend Gold Crest or ETA Star, but GCD 1 is well being registered with RERA. GCD 2 is NOT.
Someone is sending out PMs referring to project swapping with Al Masah. Look at KPM tower thread on skyscraper city to find out what their so called "started" projects are worth. http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=479695
As of GCD I can only recommend to visit Star Giga office next to Oasis Center on SZR in the Star Giga building.
When Ivisited ARRA a few weeks ago they seemed pretty confident with Star Giga and said, "that they were among the reliable developers in EC" even though they were well behind in escrow accounts AND ARRA registration.

To register with Ajman Rera is just a process of 1 month paper work and fees of AED 100, PER PROJECT which developer has to pay .Then why the hell ETA needs 1 year more to get registered with ARRA .that is totally a bullshit. PLEASE NOTE ETA's PRIOORITY IS DUBAI NOW AND NOT AJMAN .Nothing is going to happen .You can bet with me .If you are informed 2010 will be a year of bigger financial crisis than 2009 .
SO please get together , do whatever and get your money back . NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU HERE .
