Gold Crest Dreams 2 Project
Today I called Star Giga office and talked to Hamza.
He said that they got the Escrow account for Gold Crest Dreams 2 project and within 1 month the construction works will resume with Sky Construction. He is still telling that the units will be delivered by 2011 November....
any comments???

Has anybody any idea about what we shoould do about the money we have paid for this project in order to get a refund. I seriously doubt that they are going to start and even so what about the delays!!!?????
Please if you have any new information about the status of this project write a couple of lines and let us take some action all together.

Nothing happening
Nothing is happening on the construction site .. project and our money is doomed .Seriously no chance .Untill we do something. Legal action is again we don't want to get into as it is unaffective...developer can easily declare bankruptcy and need not pay back investors. Ajman govt. only can do something , nothing else i think would work.This is not a country where you can raise your voice .
And Noting Will Happen
Stargiga and ARRA will go on fooling us the investors and thats it.
We should unite against then and make some solid move.

No payment at all- no construction update on this project at ETA/STAR GIGA web site. THEIR STAFF HAMZA SAID DELIVERY WILL BE NOV.2011 IT IS A FUNNY AS EMAIL RECEIVED WROTE WILL BE COMPLETED IN 2012.IMAGIN WHO IS MAKING FOOL US.
I sent them email to ask why the subject project vanished from your web site to check the progress but no reply.We need to claim from GoldCrest Dreams to reduce the rates such as @220/ per s feet to match with current market prices in Ajman for decent ready apartments (such as attrective Falcon Tower).
ETA/Star Giga are technically in default and should return back our investments + interest, as per contract

make money with those who are already suffering? thats what these swap properties doing loads of american accent sales girls calling me these days offering properties in dubai, 100 times more expensive then the real value and then they say we can negotiate with the developer and get you the discount for the amount you have paid in your apartment. so you are gone from either side, get ready to pay bulky installments as the property you swap is ready to move in, and in Dubai and may be available because even in Dubai properties are struggling to make any markets.
if these real estates are so good that they are feeling the pain of the poor investors? y dont they offer something in Ajman same category but an already completed apartment with the market value less the money we have paid. can they? but dont try to fool us again and again thanks :)
