Do u have any news regarding Gold CREAST DREAM 1 (C 6-C9 )
Did they open an escrow account?
Did they run away and only the receptionist is there???????? Why they are not communicating with their clients???
They slept on our money........Shame...Shame!!! Do they know how to work hard ...No
Has anybody got any money back from them?? What are u doing...what policy are you following?? Any ideea ....shall we wait?
But do we still trust to much in those ......... people....who doesn't care ...when now it time to build the materials are cheap but with what money because they spent for something else......shame !!!!!!

Thanks for your mail and hope you are well.
With regard to the update for the project Goldcrest Dreams we are happy to inform you that the necessary approval from ARRA (Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency) to open an ESCROW account and hope to have details of the same very shortly. We will notify you as soon as we have the necessary bank account details.
With regard to construction, although we have recommenced construction at a small pace we expect to completely recommence construction once the ESCROW account has been established. You are not required to make any payments until we have an authorized ESCROW bank account for the project.
The anticipated delivery as mentioned in our previous official update is expected to be in July 2011.

Thank you for your reply ....I tried to call them today and a lady answered me and she said they will call me back...but they didn't they forgot or they do not bother to reply me back. I will try tomorrow again.....
WE will try to visit the site on Friday...to see exactly the status if they built at least 1 level more.....

I am part of a group that is pursuing action against Goldcrest Dreams. TLG have agreed to represent us. So far we have more than 16 investors and are submitting a final list to TLG. Closing date is 5th February.

In such event, TLG will recover percentage of amounts they recover and/or settle on your behalf. Option II - Under this option, TLG will charge you a discounted rate to carry out court/arbitration representation on your behalf. The fees will be discussed once TLG have the opportunity to carry out an exhaustive review of your documents and the compliance check before relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates in relation to your property in Dubai or Ajman.)

Very good , go ahead with legal action, this is the only option left now. Before you handover your property documents to any legal firm check their reputation. The one stated here Sunil Thacker of TLG is another cruk, dont have any single client with him. Those who go with him will loose your money and time. Since you have 16 people go to any reputed law firm who can diretly involve in the case and represent you in court.

First of all ,I wonder if there is any such complaint regitser at ARERA.I have visited ARRA office 2 times to register complaint against developer .But of no use. There is no such procedure and no complaints are registered .YOU CAN GIVE A TRY .GO AND TALK TO THEM .
