Has anybody complained to ARRA about Giga? If yes what is their answer?What happens in UAE real estate now is a shame. After all that there is absolutely no doubt that The Giga Group is not going to resolve the problem in a just way.All the dialoges and meetings with the Giga Group are in vein, they are dishonest people.They are trying to drag you deeper by intimidating into more payment. Such a shamefull people are not going to refund our money without government making them to do so.We have to know for sure if the Arra (government ) back them, or they take the justice and law side,if they take side with such a developer then it is a big mistake to continue investing in such a country.Investment is not protected here.Just forget your money ,or you want to loose more?

i cant say u to take it easy! because the situation isn't easy for all of us. i live here in uae and i have very frequent contact with star giga and ARRA(ajman real eastate regulation authority).

I gave a print out of the same email in which they ask for money to my man who went to arra, mr omar barghouti, (director of arra) got very angry and threw the paper and told my man not to worry. then arra called giga for a meeting and waiting for the result, i will post as soon as i have any news.

star giga staffs are very .... i dont no what to say; i always fight with them on the phone. they never reply to any mail! they will only send mail for asking money!!!
