Generators is not a solution for EC project

Just to inform all the generators is not a solution for the EC project. With no power station there will be no power to the city. Till now they did not start building the power station and there is a complete darkness on that issue on purpose. The coal power station that they promised to build is onhold and they clearly informed that it needs at least 4 years to be completed. So from now till 2015 no one should dream of electricity coming to Ajman. People who invested in 2006 in EC project has to wait at least 10 years to get their Flats.

Really it is an amazing investment. However if we have deposited our money in the banks we will get a intererst rate as high as 7 % per year. Taking ito consideration the compounded interest( interest on interest). This will mean that we could have duplicated our money. Whereas in EC project i dont think that one will sell his flat in double the origional price.
