And if they are not sure when they will start, what is the basis of resuming payment from buyers from Feb 2010.
The unilaterally revised payment plan should atleast specify in it the start date and the handover date, if not the intermediate stages.
How else can the payments be linked to the construction, in any way?? The developer has come out with only
little facts, but its not the whole truth. They sure need to be more transparent.
They stated that the handover date would be the 2 years after the commence date (starting construction) ,but they still haven't decided when to start.
The smart part is they are always blaming master developer and the government for the infrastructure delay and telling this is the main concern. If you take a deep look in your contract this is exactly one of the force major cases that give them enough excuses to postpone the handover date more than one year. and I believe most contracts have the same issue .ARRA has been told that will supporting us against the unfaithful developers but who will protect us against government or who else in charge for the utilities.

After parking - First installment
After 10th floor - Second installment
After 20th floor - Third installment
After Final floor - Fourth installment
Hand over Payment - As agreed originally
Balance payment - Equal installment as agreed originally
Otherwise after even payment start in 2010, and delay further delay who will responsible? Whatever paid till now, intrest to be paid for delay period since its not reasonable delay of 3 or 6 months but years and years
