I am also an investor in GCD1 and have also received the termination letter from star Giga. Pretty much in the same situation as mentioned by Abdulrahman above. I have thinking the way out for quite some time but do not seem to arrive to any conculaion. The options I belive are:
1 - Lodge a complain with ARRA,not sure if ARRA would help in this regard based on the feedback posted by various persons on internet forums that ARRA so far has not been helpfull to address the investors concerns. (Cost involved to travel to UAE and file a complian)
2 - Find a lawyer and file a law suit, requires initial cost and not surety that the money will be refunded if the decision is in your favor. (Involves cost for court fees, travel, lawyer services charges)
3 - Payment is not an option, the more we pay the more we lose, so I would not pay them even a single penny.
4 - Raise our concerns with international bodies live chamber of commerce & industry for non-fullfillment & breach of contract
5 - Keep on fighting looking new options to get our money back - continous process which one day will definetly bring in result in our favor.

However, Abdulrahman I do not agree "to forget it" mentioned above. As mentioned, it is hard earned money and option to give it me does not exist, we have tocontinously fight untill we get full refund of what we have paid. Even after refund, we will still be losing the value of the money which has been kept with the start GIGA crooks for such a long time.

Inshallah, we will get full refund with or without ARRA's, so just do nto give it up?

I belive the investors have already suffered for a long time, now it is the time of the rulers of ajman to prove their true identity of being an arab decendent " man of word" and intervene to ensure that the investors do not suffer any more and get what was promised in the contract or full refund in case they are not able to fullfill their contractual terms and conditions detailed below:
- Completion Date of 31st July 2009 already passed.
- Longstop Date of 31st Jan 2010 already passed.
- 31.07.2011 (delay of over 2 years from date of 31st July’2009) which is cleary a BREACH OF CONTRACT and the buyer is entitiled to a full refund as per contract item 16.1 since last six months already.

If the rulers of ajman do not take action, insahallah Allah will help the investors

Can you please ask Arra why they are not responding to any emails?
Also do they have any solution for investors outside the uae?

Ok this what i heard last time i spoke with them ....
They said we will sent emails asking people to pay 30% of there apartment price so we can start building.
If people dont pay that money we will terminate there contract.
what happen to the people who pay 30 % and more????? hmmm
they r a minority which means they r around 5 % and we will try to shift there contract to other projects and if they dont want to shift , then they have to waite for us to termintae all the investors contracts who didnt pay 30 % and then we cancel the project and we will refund the money for the people who paid over the 30% of the amount of there apartments.

GCD4 is never going to get built they made it clear no idea about GCD 1,2,3

well i paid 33% of my apartment money, so what will happen for me?????
They said u need to waite this might take till end of 2014 to finish all this drama with the people who didnt pay 30 % of there property.
So im here waiting to see what will go on from here till 2014 cause i cant do shit, as long as they dont ask more money from me.
