Future of Goldcrest Dreams in Emirates City

I am an investor in GCD, ajman. I have sent so may reminders to Star Giga, but they do not reply back.
Question: According to Force Majeure clause, if a delay of over 2 years is forseen in the the handover of the apartment from the completion date given in the contract (which is 31.07.2009), which is true for GCD (New handover date 31.07.2011), the seller has to refund 100% of the amount paid if the buyer, if the buyer decides to cancell the contract on account of forseen delay of over 2 years.
Can any representative of Star Giga clarify this on this forum?

Hi, I have tried to contact star giga so many times. They do not respond to any of my emails. We need someone to visit them. Also arra have read many of my emails with queries but they do not reply and in the past they have always stopped short of criticising star giga. There is definitely something going on in the background. I think we have a problem on our hands and are staring down a barrel of a shotgun. No escrow account. No updates. No replies. They do not answer phone calls. I have been pro-active but cannot get a response. We need to assist one another.

MY DAD PURCHASED APARTMENT FOR ME ,AFTER HE GOT RETIREMENT IN JUNE 2006.

WE PAID 30% OF TOTAL VALUE OF OF MY 2 BED ROOMS APARTMENT ,AREA 1187.84. MANY TIME ATTEMPTS MADE TO HAVE ANY WORD FROM STAR GIGA (DEVELOPER) BUT ALL IN VAIN. WE NEED TO GET REFUND OUR AMOUNT PAID AND REQUEST FROM FRIENDS TO COME FARWARD TO RESOLVE OF MANY SUFFERING.

There r thousands of people like me who invested in EC and now trying to get their money back. I personaly know one person who had invested in EC too but he told that he got his money back.
Now i m trying to meet him to ask the way how he did this.
Let see if we could also get our money back as he got.

The actual situation on ground as I hear day by day is turning worst. The possibility of getting our money back seems to be reducing day by day which is alarming to most of us. Those guys at Star GIGA are not available, even if you succeed, they are big liers, and can not be trusted. All this is goind right under the nose of Ajman Government (also master deveoper R Holding).
Resident VISA is totally out of question, the possibility of refund does not exist. There is a clause in the force majore which can help if the delay in handover exceeds 2 years from the completion date (which was 31.07.2009). I also live in UK, do not live in UAE but trying to travel in April with the hope to get somethink positive out of it. If any one else has plan to travel to Dubai, then lets plan and meet and go to their Star GIGA office, later on to the news papers, etc
