hi i bought crystal residency,
They are registered with arra and have escrow, but their construction is halted, can i take it to court?
The contract states completion june 2010 with possibility of extension for 1 year.

I have also invest in the same project. what is the point in openong escrow a/c when the project is on halt.
We should ask the developer to refund our money
