Has anyone heard of a developer who has registered and oppend a escrow account uptill now they probably have blown all our money away?

We bought plot from great property and we paid them down payment they never give us affection plan after we cheek whit master developer and they told me great property not have right to sale our plots
After we ask them they told us we are the owner of plots but they never show any document to us to we know they are owner or no
And they asking for next payment also
We open the case for them and now police calling Mr al Zarah’ but he not answering the calls from police
If they are right way they don’t show us the ownership of plot
If they are right way they don’t answering the calls from police
If they are Muslim way they took many from people for noting and not answering them
