what action can be taken...? they are not ready to negotiate....if you call their office ...they dont even bother...alway giving excuses...like the concerned person is on meeting / with the client/ or out of the country....bla...bla..bla...we are fed up of this .....
chapal collected from investor a huge amount of money...by launching one after another projets....build ntng on the ground ..just empty promises..i wonder where they put our hard earned money.....they played with us.
Chapal has business and projects in pakistan and I guess the money would have moved out of UAE. The same is the case of star GIGA, they have moved the money in different projects /countries including india. ( I am an ivestor in GCD1 and have got cancellation from them although they have clearly not fullfilled their contractual obligations but ARRA is on their side)
All including UAE govt. have benifited but the investors are the ultimate losers. My advise do not give up, keep on fighting and one day we will succeed and get the money back.
I have also invested in Chapal The Presidency Project unfortunately. I visited Dubai and Ajman two weeks back and went to Emirates City as well.
So, just to give you an update that we all should forget about our investments now as Emirates City is totally dead. There is no construction going on. Especially with Chapal Group they have stopped the construction of all of their project. I also spoke to their security personnel at the site and he told me they have started pulling out all the rented construction equipments.
I took lots of photographs showing the dead Emirates City, which I am going to put in my next post. I also secretly took the video of the Security guard in which he is explaining about dead construction status.
So if that is a single percent hope you have that one day you will get your apartment in Emirates City, then leave this hope and lets grab bloody Chapal Group to get some pennies of our hard earned money out of their pockets.
