We have waited patiently for your payments and after providing you with several opportunities to remedy this situation, we have taken this decision to cancel your units.
Please consider this as a FINAL NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.

Oh dear!! Looks as though R Holding is getting tough on investors for not making prompt payments. Now this new threat to cancel units and no mention of any refund. I have paid £120,000 ~ 1 million dirhams so far but stopped paying last year. Still no signs of completition, infrastructure, visa - massive fraud. Emirates city is a joke, total disaster. If anyone else recieves a termination notice from RHolding please post here so we can launch a legal court case soon for our refunds. Above all, do NOT give into these tactics and start paying, its a black hole, be brave, have some guts, and prepare for legal action.

Meeting is the only solution please be united arrange meeting and fight together if we not pay we become defaulter and if they wont builed for next decade they are very kind don't wait further today it's one notice tomorrow we all will get even after paying becouse R holding is not capable to build this project the time come where we must united and fight for common goal

all communication from R Holding is by email, there is no written letters. They cancel by email, they recieve payment reciepts by email, they make ammendments by email, these are bullshit methods from a company with multi-million dollor projects. I am not worried about cancellation, however my worry is that people will start paying them again once they get this notice. Ultimately R Holding is the winner. If we all default, they will collapse the project and take all the proceeds with them (millions of dollars). If we start paying again, they still will not deliver the tower on time, they will use "world crisis" as excuse - again bullshit.
If the tower is completed say by 2012, are we going to use candles to light our rooms? and solar power to power the lifts? Who the fuk will issue the residency visas to us? Charles esates? Where are the malls? the infrastructure? Nothing has materialiased in 3-4 years.
ONLY start paying if they provide WRITTEN agreements which states new completition date, compensation for delayed construction, dates and proof of infrstaructure and how and when it will be delivered, last penalities for further delay whatever the cause. If they dont do this, let them cancel your flats - just dont pay. We did not invest our money for next 50 years. What a joke this has become. The worste place on this planet to invest your money.
Is there anybody within UK who has invested with RHolding, please reply. We can meet and discuss how to take them court preferably in Dubai or Abu Dhabi courts.

drlavendar, the sad part about ajman that this non-sense and mismanagement of our money has not stopped. it continues, after Ajman authority got informed, it continues, after the prince himself got to know, it continues, after the smell stunk up the whole region, it continues. Developers in ajman are capitalizing on the lack of laws and regulations, in any other country, all they have done so far is illegal, and should be punishable by law, punative damages and monetary. They should be paying you by now for their lack of delivery, on the contrary, because Ajman is simply a jungle, it is the other way around, they are pushing you around and making threats.
This is my friend what happens when you have no law. do we now undrestand why UK, US, even asia, are way ahead of us?
because such situations will never happen, and if they happen, you wont have to pay to get your rightful money back.
Joint negotiations to save our biggest assets
Since buying a home is one of the biggest asset we will ever own. And because of the big money involved, even the intentions of otherwise normal persons among the developers may change and may result in money grabbing. And therefore it has become so stressful to the Emirates City investors. If we don’t deal with the dishonest developers now, then in future we would have more headaches at a later stage.
As we all now genuinely accept that we have been wronged by our developer, we should now first try to resolve the problem through joint negotiation. We had talks with the developers and realize that their intentions are becoming bad and unfair. We should not be shy in our rights and in our hard earned money. It is time to start to complain jointly in writing to the developers, and send copies to ARRA and the police to take necessary steps to resolve the problems.

Extortion! Anywhere else in the world this would be known as extortion and subject to legal and criminal proceedings by the authorities. But in Ajman this is perfectly legitimate business backed by everyone in this vicious chain, right from Ajman Govt., ARRA and the law. The whole apparatus is designed to defraud the investor and protect the developer. Ajman has brought shame upon itself and UAE, but who cares the developers and their local collaborators have already made more money than a dozen of us put together can hope to earn in a lifetime. Shoes off to all of you involved in defrauding us!

Crying on the forum is no longer useful until and unless we all will not united, All developers including the authorities having the crocodile skin if even we call them cheaters or crooks or any other name they don't care.
Only option is be united if want to pay pay together if not no one should pay.... let we should not sit and dream our house since that dream disc has lots of scratch now since its being played in our mind since 2006...... time come where we should wake up if possible we will build the project ourselves.
Why yours and mine hard earn / family compromised money just to donate these untrusted and non performer people... wake up please and assemble together for our and our family future. Today these fat developer spend their holidays in CANADA with our money and we cut our one time meal even.

i am 100% agree. we should not pay anything to these crooks and we should not limit ourselves just by calling them cheaters in this forum.
first we all should stop giving any money to them. then they will come down and will show us their real face. let them send notice of cancellation but Arra made it clear that for cancellation they have to go to court and they wont spent any money as court fees.
we should jointly contact world media and let the world know about this government backed scam and robbery. let us finish their chances of cheating next generation of investors.
we have to be united and firm about payment. no money without any development no money against any further false assurance.
let us expose them to world and i think we should mail to ARRA , Ajman government also that if they continue to back up these cheaters , we will include their names also to world media so their future will be as dark as our investments...

I am the first one to curse the developers of ajman on this forum in the first quarter of 2008, and at that time people in the forum called me a pessemesitic and asked the admin to block me from the forum. The Scam of the emirates city is nothing but a ponzi scheme just like any other scheme done by swindlers.
They advertise and pay alot of money on advertisements in order to grasp your money and when they get your money they flee. They advertised the emirates city as if it is Jumeria lake towers project claiming that their will be lakes, hospitals, hotels, schools ans malls and that it is the largest single phase project in the world and that we will get a residence visa and many other lies...........
NOw after 4 years of launching the project, we find ourselves in the zero stage, nothing has been achieved. and no one is taking the responsibility as if nothing happened.
