Any one has any latest for Falcon Towers -Ajman, I bought an office and now being told by SweetHomes that the project is six months dealyed !!

im not investor in this

im not investor in this project , but by chance i passed accross it last week , it is very nice neer completion from outside i think ur situation is much better than us in emirate city

i agree

1 bought 2 flats one in emirates city crystal its a disaster
the other one in falcon much better investment even prices dropped about 20- 40%

I have stoped the payments

I have stoped the payments to sweet homes, I bough falcon office through sweet homes.

I send an email to Anita in Sweethomes Dubai office to reduce my original price and reschedule the payments due to the fact that the project is dealyed with no fix date to completion and due to market conditions. She did not respond to my email.

further sweet homes asked me to signed an aggrement which include the payment plan, which I refused to sign.

I just learned from sweet homes that the falcon project is further dealyed till the end of this year.

I think we need to collectivly put pressure on sweethomes to reschedule the payment plan !!
