i had a chance to speak and meet the financial manager of R holding today Ms Hanan Janho and discussed in length the issues regarding Eye tower with her. she was very optimistic about the tower saying the problems were their bcoz the bulk investors were not able to pay the installments and now they had submitted a new proposal to the govt to either down size the tower from 34 floors to 21 floors and compensate buyers accordingly . if the buyers dont agree to this they will either offer them credit notes to invest in their other projects or refund full amount without interest on case to case basis.
the situation looks good for long term coz all other developments near emirates city have been suspended ( her statemnet ) and developers have been given options to transfer their plots to emirates city.... so lot of new investors will be coming in..
also on the visa part ajman probably is going with cumulative value of 1mil rather than single unit value details to be announced by the govt sooon
They r not asking for any new payments on this tower till issues sorted out.. n they seem to b working genuinely on the issue..
so all in all keep ur fingers crossed everything will work out just fine pray

i do appriciate such kind of developer , its hard to believe that they are ready to return your invesment, do you believe it?? i have only one question that you had a chance to take back your 100% investment refund and still you dont want your money back?? hmmm are you really investor or developer's friend who is luring other investors to keep quite and wait few more years before going to ARRA?
anyways i am not investor of this developer so dont want to say manything if any investor in my building will talk like this i will blame him as developers cheap agent.. nothing else..

they are PLANNING a downsizing . i repeat PLANNING hasnt happenend yet.
yeah n when they offer a full refund i will definitely take it.
and for gods sake stop calling any one who has anything positive to write either a developer or a developers friend.
