ETA Star compensates buyers for delay!

Dubai: ETA Star Property Developers has begun handing over units in its Dh700-million Liberty House in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The project, an L-shaped building, has 140 offices, 124 studios, 68 one-bedroom apartments and 28 two-bedroom apartments.
The studios are priced at just over Dh1 million and the one-bed apartments at around Dh1.6 million.

The residential units have been furnished as a gesture of 'goodwill' due to the slight delay of three months, according to Vijay Chugh, senior general manager of projects, ETA Star.......

BUT THATS DUBAI.....NOT AJMAN!! ;) :)

Ajman is blah blah blah!

I wish I could share your good-wishful-thinking about Ajman in emulating Dubai's actions. Unfortunately, there are no concrete president of that type from Ajman, particularly the ARRA authority, other than lip-service of creating ARRA with no history of action! A lot of empty words and a lot of no actions at all. Would you believe that they are incapable of even finishing their so-called Website? It has a single front page which has nothing else!

So, as it goes, when the cat is away the mice do play!

Anyone interested to buy 1 BHK in Goldcrest Dreams II

Hello,

I would also like to put my 1 BHK flat for sale in Emirates City. I am ready to to make some loss and sell my flat and at the same time its a profit for someone else who has the time to buy now and make a quick bargain out of this deal.
I am not a long term investor and hence dont have the patience to wait till the end of this project.
Anyways I want to sell my 1 BHK on the 19th Floor of Goldcrest Dreams 2 around an area of 830 square feet.
