as far as i understand , at least introduction of escrow account is good for us. otherwise we had no way than paying to developers without any resistance and without any hope but now, atleast we have gurantee that if developer goes away, atleast our investment is safe.

i heard that ARRA asked developers to transfer previous amount take from us to this escrow account too.. this is good for us but practically it can be very hard for some developers and i pray to god that they decide in favour of it otherwise they can think about flying away... let us see
