Escrow account for Furqan Twin towers

Does anybody knows the status of the Escrow account for Al Furqan twin towers

ARRA gave the developer - one month only - to open the account ( in thier letter)
otherwise they have to repay the charges for opening the account again,

so did any body called them and know the status ? please update
