Hello brother C01 investors,
I have a unit in C01 (Fortune Residency).
I have tried communicating with their sales office regarding the escrow account but no response so far,
Do you know any information in this regard?

I sent an email back in February when Escrow accounts were being suggested. The answer I had at that time was there is no escrow in Ajman. This has changed now. What I believe is if a developer has built more than 50% of their building they do not need to register for escrow.

No ESCROW account No more payment!
Its not true at all concerning ESCROW account. It is a must regardless of parentage of the project having being built. Any claim, contrary to that, is false and misleading! Don't believe them! No ESCROW account-from 1st of May- No more Payment! As simple as that!

Investor of C01 will proud on the development, structure work is reaching to the maximum compare to any other tower, its looks that by the end of June 2009 structure work will going to finish, internal work also going on.
Its delay but better than others.

BL Properties excuses have been on going for over 2 years, i have paid nearly 50% and the development is not even 1%. BL have been lying through their teeth every time i speak to them (that is when you can get hold of them), they are not honouring anything that has been stated. The contract is not worth the paper its written on. I would say that unless they can show some sensible level of development, then we would be very foolish to pay any further installments. BL has been making all the excuses possible but they've lied for too long now. I've seen some foolish people saying that we should continue to pay installment requests, not sure if these people work for the developers or have more money then sense.
I don't see BL or the majority of developers completing any work or refunding any investor. ARRA seem to be a waste of time, 2 years they have been defending developers and discourage any legal steps against developers. The rulers of Ajman have made an absolute fortune selling empty plots of sand, Ajman government must understand what kind of long term damage these ineffective projects are having on the image of their emirate - do they really care, i don't think so.

Iam investor in ajman pearl project,what is going there as the progress pictures only updated in January 2010,is the project stopped I can not believe that if there is any progress, they can take a pictures even by their Mobiles to update us about the project,is there any body there can tell us the truth.As no body answer our questions neither Mr.Roger or the governmental office and Iam still paying my installment up to-date.if there is any body near the site can tell us what is going there?
