DEAR FELLOW INVESTERS OF EC ONE THING IS COMMON IN BOTH SCANDALS THAT IN BOTH SCANDALS ROYAL FAMILIES ARE INVOLVED
AS YOU KNOW ARRA LIKE RERA IS A WHITE ELEPHANT.
WE CANNOT LAUNCH A CASE AGAINST MASTER DEVELOPER RHOLDING BECAUSE THE FEES OF LOCAL SOLICITORS ARE VERY HIGH.
BURNING OF TYRES IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE OF ARRA MAY NOT BRING FRUITFULL RESULTS.
IF WE HIRE THE SERVICES OF MEDIATOR (WHICH ARE CHEAP) BUT PROBLEM WITH THIS IS THAT THEY WILL BEGG FOR JUSTICE ON OUR BEHALF. ONE CANNOT SEEK JUSTICE BY BEGGING.
MY SUGGESTION IS THAT LIKE UK INVESTORS OF DUBAI PROPERTY (WHO LAUNCHED PETITION TO P.M. GORDON BROWN FOR HELP) WE THE UK INVESTORS OF EC (ON BEHALF OF ALL INVESTORS OF EC) SHOULD LAUNCH A SIMILAR PETITION TO P.M. GORDON BROWN HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

This is a mega scandal project in Ajman, which I have suspicious thoughts about:
Al Rashed who was the master developer of Humaid City (opposite of EC) that have sold off-plan properties for years, collected a ton of money and at the end very simply closed his office, took all the money to his clients and disappears. He is not arrested by the police or held responsible for his misdeeds.

Ultimate looser is Ajman Govt. No investor will come to Ajman. Ajman missed the chance in realty buisiness for allowing unscrupulous developer to publish falls advertisment. luring investor at the cost of UAE real estate image. One day Ajman will suffer for their mistake. Emirates city scadal not getting enough press converge because Ajman is not a big factor in UAE economy.

Gordon Brown is not going to do anything - did he help the handful of dubai investors that went to him? No. because its nothing really to do with him. The investors put their own money in an investment - everyone knows the risk but greed comes into force during a booming market and nobody asks quetions if everyone is winning. Investors have to get out of any mess themselves or within the group of investors - not waste time with the British prime minister!

Read todays gulfnews, it says "Falcon City" of abudhabi to be ready by 2017....
so start thiking when will EC be ready. Abudhabi is rich and stable compared to Ajman..
I hope we all get our answeres by reading it. Finaly, Dont pay anymore to these investors.. God knows when the city will develop. If its gona take another 5-10years, then investment is wasted...

Mega Fraud
It is true that the Humaid city is a mega fraud on national level. We invested in Al Rashed company with the hope that this being a huge master developer, our money is safe. But what actually happened is reverse.
The Dubai Governement and Ajman Governement must keep into consideration that all the international investors had put their moeny in UAE ONLY due to the trust that the local government shall be fair and genuine with the investors from outisde.
Now when such a big fruad has happened from Al Rashed real estate, we hope that the Governement would catch the thieves and bring them to the book of law.
Abu Dhabi is the capital of UAE. So we trust that even the central govt. should intervene to not to allow few cheats to suck away billions of dollars from the simple investors.
