Emrites pearl in Emrites city can in no way be ready in 2010 if it starts in 2009 end. I don't understand why these builders lie so much to sell their apartment. Please be honest. I assure you it can never be ready within a year. Haven't you seen Goldcrest, even after going upto 11th floor, they have announced a 2 year delay -- atleast they were honest at some stage. No project in EC will be ready by 2011.
3D Ventures is not answering emails and phones are switched off

I was trying to contact 3D Ventures who is a developer for Emirates Pearl and they do not answer phone and emails.
Their office phone is not answering, mobile phones are switched off or not answering.
I am wondering if someone can advise what the investors shall do in this situation?

No the things are not ok with my project too Sapphire lake view B13 is not registered with ARRA so Far and construction is also not started only piling was done in Aug 2008 does any one have idea how much pilling costs? if you check Sapphire Properties website which is www.thesapphireproperties.com they are selling Crown Avenue and showing that this project is sold out only good thing about my project is when I was paying my december 08 installment my developer ask me to stop payment until they register with ARRA and gave me a letter as well to stop further payment until they get escrow a/c so I am confussed

Im absolute shocked as i have paid almost 50%. How do we move forward from 3D closing the offices, CEO out of the country, 3D not registered for escrow so Ajman authorities can not do anything.
This is my life savings and was relling on this project.

Whats the reason for them to be away and not in office or closed down of office and whats the reason of them coming back? Needs many clearifications. I buyed a flat in Emirates Pearls. 3-D-Venture is away. What are you doing? I check it with a lawyer, they tell me, that they don´t see a chance to recall the contract. i payed allready 50 % and be very angry. please help me to find the heads of 3-d-venture, i will start a company angainst them.

Emirate enlists the help of police to arrest developers who abscond after failing to fulfil their obligations.

has filed police cases against some absconding developers who have failed to fulfil their contractual commitment, but emphasis is more on resolving disputes through mediation, the agency's chief told Emirates Business.
"We are opening cases against absconding developers and the ones who have failed to fulfil their contractual obligations. And a few have already been arrested," Arra Director-General Omar Al Barguthi said.
"Our motive is not to file cases against developers. We give them [developers] equal opportunity and numerous options to fulfil their obligations. We only have an issue if they keep running [away] and not delivering what they have promised to investors.
"We are taking action by initiating dialogue with authorities concerned of other countries. We are trying to help investors and extradition 'may be a possibility'."
Although the action was initiated after giving ample time to developers, the Arra chief still believes in bringing the developer and the investor together and initiating a dialogue for resolving their problems.
"We are offering solutions to the developer as well as the investor. We want both parties to resolve their dispute through mutual consent."
The agency is open to helping investors who have invested in projects without they undertaking due diligence of the developer and his project.

All most all the devlopers involved in Emirates City have not fullfilled their contractual obligation /commitment. The handover date is long due but on the ground, the construcrion has not yet even started except for a few even after investors have paid around 30-70% of the total price.
ARRA now wants investors to start paying without on the pretext of calling it a mutual agreement between investor/developer which is not correct as the investor is forcedto pay or he losses all his investment.
Did the ARRA chief mention the developers aganist which they have registered court cases and/or arrested them?

my information is, that they are not registered in arra. i paid more them 300.000 aed. the project is not in the beginning. the sales manager telle my in june, that they have startet the constructions but it´s not true. my cousine lives in the uae, and he tell my theres nothing, only the sign with pictures need the empty please in the dessert. i hope inshallah that the process in the court is closed in 3 - 4 weeks and they get arrestet or have to pay. i inform you asap.
