hey everyone! Plz share ur opinion on the outlook of 2014 EC . 2009 is supposedly the toughest yr economicalyy worldwide in thhe past 5 decades. neways id appreciate only genuine investors comments:)
By 2014 Emirates City should be a successful completed development. This economic downturn is severely limiting new supply into the property market in Ajman and Dubai. Infrastructure projects are still going ahead. As a result it should be an economically viable project with road links to Dubai avoiding the Sharjah bottleneck.
and now comes ARRA to continue playing the game and to trap more people. Why should we bear a delay of 5 years. Now the developers are silent and they dont comment. This is because of the transparency in the ajman market. I dont know the feeling of aperson who is still paying to the Liars and he knows that nothing is guaranteed and the developers are not serious. they are just serious in collecting the money of investors.
The outlook is bleak and unreassuringly, particularly with Ajman's projects! On can try to be cheerful to oneself but that is not supported by the current reality on the ground!

when we made this investment, we were told EC will be ready in 2011.

Even if they deliver in 2014, too little too late, it was a lie all along. They took people money, then they black mailed them.
