Dear Freinds,

I would like to let you know that some realtors in Iran has started to find investors of emirate city and ask them to swap flats with small lands in north of Iran.

Out of profitability or not that shows such realtors are confident about future of emiratecity if not they can invest for anything else and not uncompleted projects in Ajman.

I only want to referesh your mind that maybe delay to handover projects would be a chance until we can save for while projects are ready.

I called Chapal and they told me to swap with completed projects in Dubai if we like but payment for that is though now and I prefer to wait for my own flat in Glory tower instead of tolerate again hard time for new installments for Dubai projects even are ready to handover.
