What benefit do we have investors if this man is not connected with Sour Homes anymore...They still refuse to return our Post Dated Cheques and continue to get our hard earned money without anything concrete in return... They remain to be inconsiderate to us.... So What!!!!!

Sweethomes does not have money to pay the salary for staff
They started the paradise late towers in 2006 till now they could not finish even one tower in 4 years
Escrow account is another big game
What about the money you already paid
if you go to sweethomes they will force you to pay just becuase if you dont pay they will die.
only solution is to go to the court
If sweethomes fails to collect money R-holding will throw them out from this game and another company will come and you will have better future (dont ask me how, i am quoting his words)
The only beleavable comment which i got from saleh is "sweethomes collected the money from investores and reinvested in AJMAN uptown , Raibow towers and in pakistan also. so even if they run way Ajman Gov has enough to capture from them " and you meight not loss 100 %
