I am one of the unfortunate people who had invested in Emirates city. now it has become clear the extent of the failure of this project. Ajman government which is the master developer of this project is not suggesting any Idea and any way forward. Ajman is an Islamic state and it should be better than this in looking after its obligations towards investors who have spent all their savings on this project.

The Dream that has become a nightmare

I wonder why the master developer or ARRA is not talking about this disaster, where are the people responsible for making policies in Ajman? this project has caused disbelieve in the world of property investments, I don't think any one would advice investors to invest in Ajman for at leas a century to come unless Ajman government takes dramatic action. at the very least original signed contracts must be reinstated and everybody should be compensated for their loss. visas conditions which were part of the agreements has to be offered. unless this happens it is unlowfull to impose any changes on investors in shariah laws and in civil man made laws.
