what happened to when you first signed the reservation form, and thought you going to make money or at least have nice flat in a nice town 40 mins away from dubai, all that has disappeared and now your just happy to have an escrow account, a promise that your developer is not a THEIF!
well let me assure you, even if they have escrow account, many promises about emarites city wont materialize, the electricity plant, the infrastructure, sure as hell the lakes, the towns near by, etc.....so what, so what if they have escrow account and build you an appartmnet in the middle of the desert, you will live there alone?
My point is, your investment is a bad one, so is mine, now we should find ways to go after the liers, the developers and their associates, regardless of what lie they come up with next......escrow account my foot.
