Dont trust to Almasah Real State.They are international swindlers who are trying to steal remained money of your pocket I know some investors who have lost their paid money to Almasah & Almasah doesnot return their documents too.Price of their units are very high and they dont accept your paid amount for Ajman project in your reservation form & they only say if you pay all the installments ,then your paid money will be accepted as your last payment(ha ha).They have many projects who are on paper only or in first stages of construction.Their manager is Dr.Abutaleb Talebi who is a professional cheater & works for Mafia(because when one of my friends was cheated by Almasah and wanted to go to Dubai court,he threatened him to be arrested while entering Dubai and said its better you pay the next installments or forget your documents & your paid money unless you will face power of Dubai sheykh.
Shame for Dubai & shame for this lowless land .If you have signed any agreement with Almasah,suppose yourself as a loser and dont pay them more money.this is a serious advice.
