i do agree that if this bank decides and starts financing on ajman projects prices will be certainly improve, but no question of skyrocketing... at all i am 1000% sure

If we look to many places in the UAE or out site UAE, 10 years back for example, there were no values for many areas/lands, but see now everything is worth and expensive. In fact the properties are always good but for long term view.
The issue not is the prices or values, the issue and the problem is the developer slowness and careless.
Let’s be more optimistic and keep good monitoring in the developers.
