Dont make any further payments for gcd!

Subject: GCD1 payment schedule to be restructured
Dear Shibin,
It was nice talking to you this morning, and surprised to know that you are unaware of most of the agreement details. You told me that the completion date of the project is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. Please take a careful look at the attached contract page, where I circled in red, the completion expected date, which was supposed to be by 31 July 2009 and the long stop was supposed to be by 31 Jan 2010.
At the time of handing over (July 31, 2009 or 31 Jan 2010) I was supposed to pay Dhs.55,000/-. Now the building is not even completed 25%.and I don’t have to pay anything until the building is ready. When the building is ready with infrastructure, electricity and water (fit for human living), then I will pay another Dhs.64,000/- and the rest will be paid in two years installment, as mentioned in the contract.
So, please Shibin, discuss with ARRA and explain them the way you made contract between your company and your customers and modify them the same way as per the original contract, otherwise nobody is going to pay, according to your new payment terms, which is not agreed by any of your customers.
Please proceed with construction, without asking for money, and regain confidence of your customers,
