Escro???
any one is planing of it. my few local friends been to management of Crystal and they been told about starting of this account...so please be updated!
I personally went to ARRA about 20 days ago and they confirmed that Crystal Residency does NOT have an Escrow account as yet. The developer and the agent I purchased thru are however chasing me for postdated cheques. They say Escrow account will have the same account name so it does not matter. However ARRA told me to verify the account with them before paying further.
I would like to know whats happening to the postdated cheques of other investors. Luckily I have not given them any.
